Our focus is on small to medium sized companies, which allows us to work closely with owners/management to develop creative solutions for their employee benefit needs. We have experience in both the fully insured and the self insured marketplace, with clients ranging from 1 to 1,000 lives.
While no agency can be expert in all areas of employee benefits, we have strong established relationships with other benefit experts in specialized areas such as pension/retirement plan design and administration, and third party administrators for self insured plans, as well as estate planning to name a few. This allows us to bring in the right people at the right time to handle any benefit need.
