Aflac - Judith Picard

I have worked in the insurance industry my entire career having start in a small insurance agency in Bloomfield and then found opportunities working at the Travelers Insurance Company in IT Customer Service and IT Analytics Departments. At Travelers, I learned a lot about Property Casualty Insurance and claim processing. After leaving Travelers, I went to Voya and took the opportunity to learn more about investments, 401ks and other financial products. After corporate changes, I became a consultant as an Analyst in other insurance companies. During the pandemic, I looked at other full-time career opportunities and decided to try something new and that became Aflac. I've been an Aflac Benefits Advisor for over a year now and have worked on meeting new people, making new contacts, learning new skills and building my business. In this Post-Pandemic era, there has been big challenges as it has been for a lot of us so I'm optimistic that the new future will be brighter for all.

I'm a license Health and Life Insurance Agent in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

At Travelers, I became involved in their employees club. During that time, I held multiple committee chair positions and various Board member positions including President.

I've lived in Tolland County most of my life. I great up in Columbia CT and moved to Tolland CT in 1995.

I have two cats who are the cutest things on the planet.
