My name is Andrew Lin, the proud founder of Poké Sushi. Our vision at Poké Sushi is to revolutionize the concept of traditional Asian food takeout. We strive to infuse our dishes with the rich traditions of our Asian roots while elevating the takeout experience for our customers.
Poké Sushi is fortunate to have the expertise of my core partners, Chef Jerry and Sushi Chef Jie Chen. Chef Jerry has over 30 years of experience in the Asian food industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to our kitchen. Sushi Chef Jie Chen, with over 10 years of experience in the sushi field, is passionate about top-notch ingredients and premium sauces and has the vision to make it accessible to everyone. Our focus is to ensure that our menu offers a perfect balance of nutrition and traditional Asian flavors.

This Vernon location is our second venture, following the success of our first location in Downtown Hartford. We believe that to achieve success, it is essential to integrate and contribute to the local community. We are committed to supporting local organizations and events and are excited to serve the Vernon community.
